Bill Urban
lives and works in Canada. He was heavily influenced by Abstract Expressionism and the East Coast (New York) art movements of the early 1960s, since then he has developed a somewhat hard edged version of expressionism which sometimes converges with personal symbolism and figurative abstraction. Bill Urban has exhibited in both the United States and Canada and was represented in Toronto by Olga Korper Gallery (Gallery O) during the late1970s.
